SEE YOU NEXT

YEAR
Registration for archery will be 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  There will be 30 plus 3-D targets.  The Club has a natural rolling forested 175 acres that present a variety of scenarios.   Short, long, close and tree stands and up hill and down hill, well you get the idea.  The woods will be coming alive with its spring flora from wild flowers to towering oaks and elms, with a variety of other fruit and nut trees.  The course is an easy and enjoyable walk.  The price for adults is $10.00 and youth under 12 is free.  Please no range finders.

The clubhouse is nestled between large oaks and blends into the surrounding area.  The dinning rooms are paneled with oak, maple, cherry and apple cut and timbered from the property.  The walls have a variety of artful wildlife prints and a frame of interest is the Ohio license collections starting from the very first license issued in the state to the present time.  This collection was donated to the Club by Gary Seifert.  A large lighted display, along with photo albums have pictures of other events at the club such as the youth fishing derby and the youth pheasant hunts.  There are wildlife mounts surrounding the large high ceiling meeting room.  One wall has two very large murals of outdoor scenes.  There are many mounts on display that are the pride of the club.  A very interesting one is a cougar (American Lion).  If you are old enough to remember the Ford Motor Company’s Mercury and the cougar on top of the Mercury sign, well its is on display on the mantel of the very large stone fire place.  Another mount is a deer bust that appeared on the cover of a national outdoor magazine.  Yes the cover is also there under glass.  There are many other mounts such as the unusual white male and female pheasants to the first turkey taken in the first season in Trumbull County.  Come and enjoy.
