COYOTE HUNT OF THE BROOKFIELD CONSERVATION CLUB
RULES AND REGULATIONS
For 2011
1. Each Hunter must be registered for this hunt. Each member of a group hunt must be registratred, or the entire group will be disqualified.
2. No registrations will be accepted during the hunt. The hunt will officially begin at 12:01 AM February 6, 2011 and will end at 4:00 PM February12, 2011
3. Registration fee is $10.00 with an 80% pay back.
4. Coyotes must be killed during the days of the hunt. No FROZEN animals will be accepted.
5. The hunter must have a valid license in the state they are hunting in the state in which the coyote is taken. Licenses must be presented along with each coyote checked in.
6. The Brookfield Conservation Club reserves the right to perform an autopsy on any coyote believed to have been trapped, penned, tampered with or taken illegally. All coyote will be TAGGED THRU THE BACK LEG.
7. A violation of any state hunting law will result in that hunter or group of hunters, being disqualified. Law enforcement will be notified of any violations.
8. Official weigh in will be done at the club from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on each day of the hunt and 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on February 12th the final day.
9. Prizes will be awarded on the last day as follows; 75% of total prize money to the heaviest coyote and second heaviest 25% for the most coyote. If there is a tie the winner will be for the total maximum weight.
10. Each hunter is responsible for proper disposal of coyote carcass.

The kitchen will be open the final day of the hunt from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a limited breakfast and lunch menu.
There will be money shoots and raffles the final day so bring your shotgun.
